Roasted parsnips, sweet potato, and garlic

Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350. Slice sweet potatoes and parsnips. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange veggies. Spray with olive oil cooking spray. Roast for 30-45 minutes until done, turning and spraying every 10-15 minutes
