Banana Oat Muffin Bars

Ingredients
Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 1 1/2 cupOld Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal, 1 cupGranulated Sugar, 1/2 cupBaking Powder, 2 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 largeMilk, 2%, .3/4 cupOlive Oil, .1/3 cupVanilla extract, imitation 1/2 tspBanana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed
Directions
Mix together all ingredients. And pour into a lightly oiled bread pan. Bake at 350 degree's for 1 hour or longer if needed depending on your oven. To check for doneness, insert toothpick, if it comes out clean, it is done.
