Ingredients
50 grams Philadelphia Extra Light Cream Cheese2 Tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce1 Tbsp Best Foods Mayonnaise177 grams Hot Smoked Fish
Directions
Flake the hot smoked fish in to the bowl of your processer.
Add the sweet chili sauce, cream cheese and mayonnaise in with the fish. Process till it is as rough or as smooth as you like your pate. Transfer in to a serving bowl and serve with crackers or rice cakes.
