Caprese Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
1 Light English Muffin2 Slices of ripe Tomato (Roma)6 Fresh Basil Leaves1 Light Mozzarella String Chesse pulled into strips1 Tbsp. Light Buttery Spread1/2 tsp. Chopped GarlicSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees.

Combine garlic and butter in a small dish.
Split english muffin and spread garlic butter evenly over both halves.
In a small nonstick pan over medium-high heat cook tomato slices 1-2 minutes on each side.
Top english muffin halves with the mozzarella strips, 3 basil leaves per half, then place the tomato slices on top of each muffin half.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and muffinis toasty.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!!
