Asian Beef Salad

Ingredients
180 g (6 oz.) Baby Spinach250 ml (1 Cup) Cucumber Slices2 carrots, fesh, medium250 ml (1 cup) bean sprouts500 g (1 lb) flank steak, lean, cooked50 ml (1/4 cups) dry roasted cashews unsalted125 ml Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame salad dressing4 whole wheat dinner rolls
Directions
Makes 4 servings

1- Thinly slice steak. Slice carrots into strips. Chop cashews
2- On serving platter, arrange spinach, then top with cucumber, carrots, sprouts and steak.
3- Just before serving, sprinkle with cashews and drizzle with viniagrette dressing.
4- Serve with dinner roll
