Banana Mousse

Ingredients
2 tbsp low fat milk1 medium banana, cut in quarters4 tsp sugar1 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt1 tsp vanilla1/2 cup banana slices (optional-for serving)
Directions
Place milk, sugar, vanilla and banana in blender. Process 15 seconds at high speed until smooth.

Pour mixture into small bowl; fold in yogurt. Chill.

Spoon into 4 dessert dishes; garnish each with 2 banana slices just before serving.
