Low-fat Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
5 Yukon Potatoes4 cups of water1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tbsp butter4 garlic cloves5 oz. fat-free condensed milk
Directions
Set oven to 350 degrees farenheight. Wrap garlic cloves in foil. Place garlic in preheated oven, and cook 15 minutes. Boil water and add quartered peeled potatoes to boiling water. Boil potatoes for 25 minutes or until tender. Chop cooked garlic after removing the outer skin. Blend cooked potatoes, salt, pepper, butter, chopped cooked garlic , and milk in food processor or with a potatoe masher. Blend until creamy, about 2 minutes. Makes 6 1/2 -cup servings.
