Four cups of bread cubes baked in the oven till dried(200 degrees)One sleeve of club crackersOne package of corn bread mixture prepared and cooked1/2 of celery stalk cut up to fineOne large onion cut up to fine2 large eggsone container of chicken or turkey stock2 sticks of butterSalt and pepper to tastePoultry seasoning to taste1/2 can of mincemeat
Cut up celery and onion and pace in a 12 inch sleeve with one stick of butter. Saute until onions and celery are translucent.
add poultry seasoning salt and pepper and shut off heat.
In a large bowl crumble crackers bread cubes and corn bread Now add the onions and celery add two eggs which
you have beaten and the mincemeat. Now you can add the stock and mix the ingredients to a correct state. Place ingredients in a casserole dish and place in the oven at 325
degrees until finished.
This will serve 12 to 15 .
