Ingredients
1 cups Mexican Cheese (shredded)1 flour tortilla (6"diam.)
Directions
Spread cheese on 1/2 of flour tortilla. Fold other half over. Place on skillet or pan. Heat for 4-5 min. Flip to other side. Repeat. Enjoy.
