500g Chicken thighs, cubed 1 Onion dry curry powders, coriander, chopped.2 cups rice
Directions
Cube chicken. fry onion in spray oil till lightly brown. Add dry curry pwds. thne chicken.
Cook for 25 mins. covered.
Add coriander, cook further 5 mins. lid off,
Serve with boiled rice
