Grilled Chicken Quesadilla

1 small baking sheet2 quick sprays of Pam Olive Oil spray1 chopped up left over grilled chicken breast, seasoned the way U like2 LaTortila Factory whole wheat, low carb/fat tortilla shells2 T Newman's Own all natural chunky med. salsa1/4 c. reduced cheddar cheese (or I use pepperjack or swiss cheese)
Preheat oven to 400. Spray baking pan with cooking spray. Place each tortilla on baking sheet. They may over lap to begin with, but will be folded in 1/2.
Chop up the already grilled chicken. Mix in salsa. Place 1/2 of chicken/salsa mixture on outer edge of 1 tortilla, leaving enough room to fold the other 1/2 over. 1st sprinkle 1/2 the cheese on top of chicken & salsa, then fold over the other 1/2. Repeat to other tortilla. Cook for 5 min in oven.
