Ingredients
Whole Grain, Thin Spaghetti1 Tbsp Olive Oildash, red pepper flakes1 clove garlic, minced1 anchovy filet or 1 Tbsp anchovy paste1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and chipped2 tbsp capers, drainedgrated romano or parmesan cheese
Directions
Serves 4-6
Prepare pasta according to package.
Simmer red pepper flakes in olive oil for 20 seconds, add minced garlic and simmer for 60 seconds. Add one anchovy filet and stir with wooden spoon until dissolved. Add crushed tomatoes, olives and capers. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese.
