Ingredients
Beef, eye of round roast, 3.5 poundSweet potato, 3 large slicedMushrooms, canned, 1 cup )Green Peppers .5 MedGreen Chili Peppers, canned, .5 cup Old El Paso Green Chili Enchilada Sauce, 4.5 cup Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry, 1 packetPictsweet's Seasoned Summer Vegetables Cracked Pepper, 5 serving 1 packageSweet, Red Bell Peppers, fresh, .5 medium Yellow Bell Peppers .5 pepper, medCayenne Pepper, 1 tsp Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp
Directions
Add Roast and onion peppers mushrooms and 6 cups of water to Crockpot cook 2 hours then add the remaining chooped vegetables and other ingredients and cook about 2 hours or until Sweet Potatoes are tender and not over cooked.

Makes one hearty meal!
