Bread Maker Foccacia Bread

Ingredients
1 cup lukewarm water1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil1/4 cup coarsely chopped chives2 tbsp butter or margarine2 tbsp chopped garlic1 tsp salt3 cups white flour2 tsp yeast3 tbsp olive oil, divided
Directions
1. Meausre first 8 ingredients in the order listed into Baking pan. (not olive oil)
2. Insert baking pan securely into bread maker.
3. Select DOUGH setting and push start button.
4. When complete (mine takes 2 hours) remove baking pan and turn dough out and place in a bowl coated with 1 tbsp olive oil. Turn dough to coat eavenly.
5. Cover and let rest 30 min.
6. Divide dough into 8 pieces and roll into rectangles. Desired thickness is 1/2 inch.
7. brush dough with remaining olive oil.
8. Bake in preheated 425 F oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
9. Allow to cool for 10 minutes and cut into squares.
