Homemade Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1 whole roasting chicken-raw2 lbs of carrots, peeled and sliced1 package of parsnip, peeled and sliced1 bunch of dill6 medium celery stalks1 medium onion peeled, whole
Directions
Makes 8 1 cup servings


1. Bring chicken and onion to boil.

2. Add carrots, parsnip, dill and celery.

3. Bring to second boil and then simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

4. Add noodles, rice or dumplings and ENJOY.
