Caramel Apple-Carrot Cake, Sugar-free

Ingredients
1 Pillsbury Sugar Free Yellow Cake Mix3 large eggs1/2 cup vegetable oil1/2 cup water2 Tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. nutmeg1 cup grated apples (peeled and cored)1/2 cup grated carrot1 cup chopped walnuts10 tablespoons Smuckers Sugar Free Caramel Syrup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together everything but caramel syrup. Spread in greased 9X13 cake pan. Bake 34-36 minutes. Cool. Cut into 20 pieces and top each with a 1/2 tablespoon drizzle of caramel syrup.
