ginger honey pumpkin pie

Ingredients
1 15 oz can Pumpkin, canned, without salt1/2 cup Brown Sugar packed1/3 Cup Honey3 Large Eggs1 1/4 cup Fat free half and half1 Tbl Grateed Fresh Ginger Root1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375

Whisk pupkin, sugar and honey in a large bowl. Whisk in eggs 1 at a time, whisk in Half and Half, ginger, cinnamon, salt. pour into crust/ greased pie pan.

Bake pie until set; approx 60 minutes cool.
