Add water to a pan to boil.
Cut the Pumpkin into chucks add stock cubes to pan boil till soft.
Add the Pumpkin into blender with the cup of milk
In the same pan add the butter to melt & the Onion, Garlic & Fresh Thyme add seasoning of your choice.
Add the mixture from the blender and stir till boil.
