Molasses Oatmeal Rolls

Ingredients
2 cup of old fashion oatmeal1/2 cup dark molasses1/3 cup of shortening2 1/4 tsp yeast 1 c warm water1.5 c skim milk4.75 cups of flour
Directions
Heat oven to 375, Grease 24 nonstick muffin tins lightly. Add shortening and molasses to mixer bowl. Heat milk to warm in microwave. Mix yeast in warm water. Pour yeast mixture in bowl. Use milk to "rinse" yeast cup and molasses cup so all gets in mixer bowl. Add two cups oats and then slowly add flour while mixing with bread hook. Let it mix on slow for 8 mind. Stop and push down flour from sides. Bake until browned. 15-20 mins
