Low Fat Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
1 tbsp smart balance2 tbsp minced garlic1 tbsp whole wheat flour1 cup fat free milk1/4 cup low fat cream cheese1/4 cup reduced fat parmesan cheese
Directions
In a nonstick saucepan, add margarine and garlic

SAute for 30 seconds. Whisk in flour, then slowly whisk in the milk

Cook, stirring continually, until thick, about 2 minutes.

Whisk in cream cheese and parmesan until smooth, about 1-2 min.

Remove from heat and cover until ready to serve.
