Pumpkin Crumb Pie - Reduced Calorie!

Ingredients
Pumpkin Filling:1 can Pumpkin2 extra large eggs1/4 cup brown sugar1/4 cup granulated sugar1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. ground cinnamon1/2 tsp. ground ginger1/4 tsp. ground clovesCrumb Topping:1/4 stick margarine1/4 cup brown sugar1/4 cup flour1/4 cup quick oats
Directions
Combine dry ingredients for the filling. Add in eggs & pumpkin & mix well. In another bowl, combine ingredients for the crumb topping & crumble together with your hands to get correct consistency.

Sprinkle 1/2 crumb topping on bottom of stoneware pie pan. Pour topping over layer of crumbs. Sprinkle rest of crumb topping on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350.
