Special Cranberry Orange Relish with Splenda

2 bags of cranberries (may be frozen)1 large whole naval orange1 1/2 cup splenda
Wash one bag of the cranberries, and then put in saucepan with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water. Bring to a full boil, add splenda and cook until thickened. Smash whole berries while stirring. Remove from heat. In a food processor add one navel orage cut into chunks (leave peel on) and add the other bag of cranberries. Chop to desired fineness. Add to cooked berries and refrigerate until time to serve. Works fine to do this a day ahead.
