Ingredients
Chestnuts, 12.7 oz (jar from Wllms Sonoma)Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, (chopped)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage Bulk Sage (1lb)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (Portobella)Butter, salted, .5 stick*Bread - Stuffing - Pepperidge Farms - Cubed Herbed Seasoned, 10.5 cup (or Homepride)Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 3 cupsSage, thyme to taste or a "turkey seasoning" herb mix...if needed (depending on if breadcrumbs are seasoned.)
Directions
Saute all veggies in butter. Cook sausage. Mix everything together. Use more broth if necessary. Makes a full pan. Serves probably 16? Bake until browned on top and hot.
