Zuchini Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 head cauliflower, cut in flowerets3 medium zuchini, sliced, then quarter the slices2 tbsp. butter3/4 cup sour cream1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing
Directions
Boil cauliflower and zuchini until tender, then drain. Mix all ingredients. Put in casserole dish sprayed with Pam and bake at 350 until heated through, about 30 minutes.

Makes about 10 half cup servings.
