Mom's Sweet Potatoe Casserole

* Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 6 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) * *Pineapple, canned, 1 cup, crushed (1 small can) * Cloves, ground, .5 tsp * Allspice, .5 tsp * Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp * Ginger, ground, .5 tsp * Pineapple Juice, 2 fl oz * Kraft Jet Puff Mini Marshmallows (2/3 cup), 2 cup
Cook sweet potatoes either in the over, boil, or micowave till done. Let cool. Once cooled, peel, place in bowl big enough to mix. Mash sweet potatoes, add all ingredients but marshmallows and mix well. Place in medium glass bowl or casserole dish, top with marshmallows and bake at 350 till marshmallows ore golden brown. Makes about 20 1-cup servings.
