Lemon Meringue Pie

Ingredients
1 14 oz. can sweetened, condensed milk1/2 c. lemon juice1/4 tsp lemon extract2 egg yolksgraham cracker crust (graham crackers, butter)1/4 cup sugar2 egg whites1/4 tsp lemon extract
Directions
Blend sw. con. milk with lemon juice, 1/4 tsp of extract, and egg yolks.
Pour into crust.
Whip egg whites with sugar and another 1/4 tsp. of lemon extract. until stiff (should stand when you pull out the beaters).
Spoon onto pie.
Brown the meringue for 8 minutes in the oven at 400 degrees.
