Zucchini Crisp (low WW points)

Ingredients
Ingredients: Zucchini, 8 cup, sliced *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 2 cups*Flour, white, 1 cup*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cupLemon juice, .66 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Butter, salted, .5 cup
Directions
Cook zucchini withthe lemon juice until tender (about 20 minutes) and then drain. Add 1 cup splenda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook for a couple of minutes. Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine the flours, 1 cup splenda and butter (zap to make small crumbs. Add 1/2 of the mix to the zucchini mixture and press the other half into a 10X15 greased (with pam) jelly roll pan. Pour zucchini mixture over the crust and bake at 375 for 3-40 minutes.

Each serving is the equivelant to 3 ww points.
