4 Ripe Medium Bananas1 Egg3/4c Unsweetened Applesauce1/2c Splenda No Calorie Sweetener.5 tsp. Salt1 tsp. Baking soda1/2c Crushed Shreddies Whole Wheat Cereal (1c cereal makes 1/2c crushed)1/2c Regular Rolled Oats1c Whole Wheat Flour.5 tsp. cloves1 tsp. nutmeg1 tsp. cinnamon
Mash bananas (if frozen - thaw first and drain), add egg, applesauce, sweetener. Mix well.
Then add cereal, spices, oats, baking soda and then flour. Mix well.
Divide into muffin pan and cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
