Brown Rice/Apple Cranberry Dessert

Ingredients
1/2 cup long grain brown rice1/2 cup light soy milk1-1/2 cups water2 tbsp honey2 tbsp walnuts1 chopped apple1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg
Directions

Combine water and rice, simmer 40 min until water absorbed. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until creamy.

    I believe it's 1/2 cup cooked rice, also I put in a handful of chopped cranberries, not listed in ingredients. I am assuming it is served cold, but it is also good warm. will update - 12/7/10
