Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing

Ingredients
4 boneless pork loin chops1 tbsp. canola oil1 package Stove Top Stuffing (Pork)1 can (21 ounce) apple pie filling
Directions
Makes 4 servings

1. In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil over med.-high heat. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing according to package directions. Spread pie filling into a greased 13in. x 9in. baking dish. Place the chops on top; spoon stuffing over chops.

2. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 mins. Uncover; bake for 10 mins longer or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
