Pamela's Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter1/2 cup sugar (can use 1/4 granulated and 1/4 cup brown)1 egg1 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips1 1/2 cup Pamela's GF Baking and Pancake Mix
Directions
Cream butter and sugar. Stir in other ingredients, leaving chocolate chips to fold in last. Spread in 9x13 baking pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. (May also be spooned onto a cookie sheet with tablespoon sized balls of dough. Bake cookies at 350 approx 15 mins)
