splenda cheesecake

Ingredients
crust - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs 3 tbsp light butter (melted)filling: 3 pkg reduced fat cream cheese3 pkg cream cheese6 lg eggs3 cups splendatopping-1 cup sour cream1 Tbsp vanilla1/4 to 1/2 cup splenda (I usually use about 1/3 cup)
Directions
Makes 12 generous pieces ( 1 lg cheesecake and 1 mini cheesecake)

preheat oven to 400 degrees

spray pan with pam
mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, press into bottom of springform pan(s)


mix together cream cheeses, eggs, and splenda with beaters until smooth and creamy

pour into pan(s) bake for 10 minutes at 400

turn heat down to 350. Bake an additional 45-60 minutes or until cheesecake no longer jiggles when shook

In the meantime-- Mix together sour cream, vanilla, and splenda

remove cheesecake from oven when done, immediately spread topping across it

chill and serve
