Steak Taco Salad

Ingredients
* Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded or chopped (remove) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, .33 cup, chopped or sliced (remove) * Cucumber (with peel), 0.25 cup slices (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 tbsp (remove) * Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped (remove) * Beef, round steak, .5 oz (remove) * Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 oz (remove) * Tortilla Chips, 1 oz (remove) * Salsa, .25 cup (remove) * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove) * Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove) * Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Add all ingredients together, mix well, and enjoy!!!
I use leftover steak or chicken for this recipe. It's a family favorite.
