Turkey Pot Pie Soup

Ingredients
PAM1/2 cup chopped onion1 garlic clove2 cups cubed or shredded light meat turkey1 (16 oz.) package frozen mixed vegetables1 10.75oz can condensed cream of potato soup (I used low fat/low sodium)*1 10.75oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup (I used low fat/low sodium)*2 cups skim milk2 tsp poultry seasoning2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Spray a soup pot with PAM, turn on medium-high. Add garlic and onion. Saute garlic and onion for about 3 minutes.

Add all remaining ingredients.

Heat through - bring to a boil, covered. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

*Nutritional info includes regular soups, as opposed to low fat and low sodium, which I used when making this soup.
