Healthy Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
1 large can French cut green beans1 can Campbells 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup1 med onion1 cup sliced mushrooms1 small can French's Fried Onions
Directions
Dice onions.
Using a non-stick pan, spray with Pam and add diced onions and sliced mushrooms. Cook 5-8 minutes until onions are clear and mushrooms wilt.

Open and drain the green beans. Put green beans in large bowl. Pour mushroom soup over the green beans and stir. Pour cooked onions & mushrooms over green bean mixture and stir.

Pout contents of bowl into a casserole and sprinkle French Fried Onions over top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. This recipe is very forgiving and will bake at most temperatures after you take your turkey out of the oven, just adjust your time a little accordingly.
