Turkey and Rice Hotdish

Ingredients
1/2 c. butter2/3 c. flour1 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepper2 c. chicken broth3 c. milk3 c. cooked white rice4 c. cooked chicken or turkey4 Tb. onion flkaestopping:2 c. crushed Special K cereal2 Tb. butter
Directions
Heat butter in 2-qt. saucepan until melted. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in broth and milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased 2-qt. casserole orbolong baking dish. Combine topping and sprinkle over casserole. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven until bubbly, 40-45 minutes. Serves 12.
