Dough:Baking Powder, .5 tspEgg, fresh, 1 largeButter, unsalted, 1 stickSplenda, 2.2 cupsFilling:Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1000 gramsSplenda, .25 cupsEgg, fresh, 5 large*Flour, white, 1 cupButter, unsalted, .5 stick
Make the dough for the bottom first and spread it into a spring form, so it is covered.
Melt the butter for the filling and whip it all together for about 5 minutes. Pour into form and bake in the oven at 350F, on the middle rack until a toothpick comes out clean, about 60 minutes. Turn oven off and let it cool in the oven.
Serve with fruit topping or whipped cream. Makes 16 servings.
