RAGI FLOUR, 100 gram*Golden Temple Durum Atta (wheat) Flour, 0.75 cup *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
This makes 12 servings.
Add both the flours with the oil and knead the flour with hot water to make a nice firm dough. Let it rest for 5min and then roll it out and make into 12 balls. Then using a rolling pin, roll it into flat discs and roast on the pan.
