Cake:1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (for shortening)1 cup Splenda1/2 cup Egg Beaters1 tsp vanilla extract2 cups all purpose flour1/4 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 cup reduced fat sour cream2 cups peeled and sliced applesTopping:1/2 cup chopped pecans4 tsp Sweet N Low Brown Sugar1 tsp ground cinnamon2 Tbsp melted Land o Lakes Spreadable Butter With Canola, Light
Cream together applesauce and Splenda. Add Egg Beaters and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in flour, salt and baking soda. Add sour cream. Fold in apples. Spread in well greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan or 10" spring pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For topping, combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle over batter. Bake 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
