3 medium bananas (ripe)1/2 cup applesauce, sweetened2 cups white flour1 cup granulated sugar2 large eggs1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt
Mix applesauce and sugar well, add eggs, mix, add dry ingredients and finish mixing. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately one hour, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cut into 15 equal slices (2 oz./slice).
