Ingredients
coconut oil, hodgson mill organic yellow corn meal, baking soda, salt, Stevia, baking powder, egg, nonfat milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix coconut oil into all dry ingredients. Add egg and milk. Mix well. Divide evenly into a paper lined muffin tin (12 regular sized). Bake for 20 minutes.
