Black Bean & Barley Salad

Ingredients
19 oz can black beans, drained & rinsed7 oz can corn, drainedbarley - 1/2 cup uncooked - cook in 2x watercelery - 3 stalks finely choppedgreen onions - 2 finely chopped1 larg carrot - finely shredded6 tbsp white wine vinegarwhite pepper & salt to taste
Directions
cook the barley. in the meantime chop the veggies, drain and rinse the beans and throw in a bowl. once the barley is cooked - toss it all together and serve. makes 8x 1/2 cup servings (I hope - still having trouble judging the size a dish makes - have creativity but never remember to measure the finished product.
