Turkey Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
1 20 oz. Can Enchilada Sauce3/4 Large Onion2.5 Cups Shredded Cheese2 Cups Shredded Turkey (Pre-cooked)18 Corn Tortillas
Directions
Coat casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray, and preheat oven to 350°.

Line the bottom of the pan with 6 corn tortillas and top with 1/3 of the enchilada sauce, turkey, onion, and cheese.

Repeat to make 3 layers of ingredients.

Bake for 45 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is heated throughout.

Makes 10 servings.
