Light Dill Potato Salad

Ingredients
3 large Yukon Gold Potaotes, about 3 lbsCelery, 2 stalksred onion, small, dicedDill weed, fresh, .1/4 cup chopped and packedGrey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 TLemon Juice, 1 TBest Foods, Reduced Fat Mayonnaise Dressing, 1 tbspSalt (dash)Black Pepper (dash)
Directions
Makes 12 servings (about 1/2 cup)

1. cut potatoes into cubes
2. put potatoes into slightly salted water 'til just covered, boil 'til fork tender
3. while potatoes are cooking: cut up celery and onions into small pieces, toss into bowl
add mayo, mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, dill, salt and pepper and stir
4. after draining potatoes pour into bowl with other ingredients
5. stir and serve!
