Easy Perfection Salad

Ingredients
Two 3-oz. packages of lemon-flavored gelatin.Two cups hot water. 1 Tbls. vinegar12-15 ice cubes. 2 -3 snipped green onions1 lb. cabbage shredded1 cup shredded catrrots
Directions
Place two 3-oz packages of lemon gelatin in an 81/2 x4 1/2 x 2 1/2 loaf dish. Add 2 cups boiling water and stir to dissolve. Add 1 Tabls. vinegar and 12-15 ice cubes; stir constantly until gelatin begins to thicken. Remove any ice cubes that have not melted.Fold in snipped green onions, shredded carrots and cabbage.
Chill until set, about 4 hours or overnight. Unmold onto crisp greens.
