Ingredients
1 cup egg substitute1/2 cup Sargento artisan cheese blend1 slice turkey bacon1 oz. smoked salmon2 tbs. low-fat cream cheese1/2 cup grape tomatoes3 asparagus spears
Directions
Add egg substitute evenly among 12 muffin cups. Spread cheese evenly. Cut up remaining ingredients and add as you with to each cup.
