Ingredients
1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese1/2 cup non-fat sour cream2 tbs non-fat milk1 tbs dried, crushed parsley1 tbs dried dill weed1 tbs onion powder1 tbs dried onion flakes1 tbs garlic poder1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper
Directions
Put all ingredients into a Magic Bullet (or blender) and mix well. Makes 16 servings (about 2 tbs per serving).
