THE omelette

Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 1 large * *Egg white, 3 serving * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices * gourmet garden garlic blend, 10 gram(s) * Green Giant Spinach *No Sauce, 0.5 cup * Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz
Directions
Cook Spinach in Microwave.

Use Mazola Pure on Skillet, and Garlic paste, and sautee mushrooms until done.

Remove mushrooms, and place in the beaten eggs.

After about a minute, place in the mushrooms and the spinach.

When sides of omelette begin to pull away from the skillet, place in an oven that's at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes.

Put on plate, fold, add salt as needed.

Makes one omelette.
