Progresso French Onion Soup - 2 cupsBlack-eyed Peas - 1/2 cupSlice of Onion - DicedSlice of Red Pepper - DicedStalk of Broccoli Chopped1 Can of green beans (w/ juice) Canned White Chicken - 4 oz.Cooking SpraySeasoning - 1 tsp
Directions
Saute' onions, peppers, broccoli in soup pan with a spritz of no-cal cooking spray. Pour in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and let simmer for 10 -15 minutes. Makes approximately five 1-cup servings.
