Tummy Yummy Smoothie

Ingredients
1/4 cup frozen whole cranberries1 cup frozen whole strawberries1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks1 - individual package of your favorite Activia yogurt flavor1 cup simply orange juice with pineapple 1-3 Tbs of ground flax seed
Directions
If you bought whole flax seed, ground in coffee grinder until you achieve a powder like consistency.
Combine fruit, juice and yogurt in blender.
Add 1-3 Tbs of flax seed (one for general health/up to three for those with IBS or frequent constipation).
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
Makes 3-4 1 cup servings
